Project Hulk
Project Hulk

I didn’t set out to build a fitness app.

I had my health data. I just didn’t understand it.
So I built something that could.

Becoming Hulk one day at a time.

The problem
Food
Workouts
Weight
Steps
Sleep
AI

Too much data.
No context.

Everything was tracked. Nothing connected.

The evolution

Six versions. One question.

01Idea
notes.txt

log food. log workout. see if the day actually went well?

A note that said “log everything in one place.”

02Web App
Breakfast

2 eggs, toast, black coffee

Workout

Push day — 4 exercises

One journal instead of four separate apps.

03AI Reports
82Overall score

“Protein cleared target from whole-food sources.”

A nightly coach, pasted in by hand at first.

Log once. Understand the whole day.

Then AI started doing weird things

Same day. Three answers.

The problem wasn’t always the AI.
Sometimes it was the context.

Things I got wrong

A very honest debug log.

Blamed the AI.Recovery score: 58 → 90. Same day.
Blamed the prompt.A rest day scored zero for effort.
Blamed the model. It was a rate limit.
It was actually my rendering logic. The data was correct the whole time.

Classic.

Right now

So this is Hulk.

A personal system for turning everyday health data into something I can actually understand.
